The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has allowed airlines to offer all their seats for pre-booking to passengers. Currently, airlines charge an addition fee of up to Rs 600 for pre-booking premium seats, which the number sold was capped at 25% of the aircraft capacity. Now every seat is available for pre-booking.
