Russian aircraft-leasing company Ilyushin Finance (IFC) has signed a letter of intent with Bombardier to purchase three CS100 and seven CS300.
IFC, which is partially owned by Russian-government-controlled United Aircraft Corp., has taken an option for another 10 CSeries planes, and has purchase rights for 10 additional CSeries planes.
Deliveries for the 10 firm CSeries aircraft start in 2015 and extend through the end of 2016. The options would be in 2017, Fuller said.
