GECAS and Emirates sign purchase and leaseback for three 777-300ERs and 7 spare engines

International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of American International Group, has reported that it completed a total of 296 lease transactions for 2011. These transactions include extensions and placements from ILFC's existing fleet and sale-leasebacks of 20 aircraft with a value of more than $800 million. ILFC currently has over 180 customers in more than 80 countries.
