IFS, the global enterprise applications company, has acquired Mxi Technologies, which provides intelligent aviation maintenance software.
With the acquisition, IFS becomes a world leading provider of aviation maintenance software solutions. The integration of company solutions will have important implications for defence and commercial aviation operators, MROs, and OEMs on a global basis.
Scott Helder will lead the IFS Aviation & Defence Business Unit, previously CFO and COO of Mxi, and Fredrik vom Hofe, Group Senior Vice President, Business Development and member of the Group Executive Committee.
