ICBC funds one 737-800

On December 8th, 2015, Crédit Agricole CIB (CACIB) arranged the financing of one Boeing 737-800 aircraft bearing MSN 40957 for ICBC Financial Leasing (ICBC FL) leased to Xiamen Airlines. ICBC FL is the leasing arm of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China. The aircraft was financed using a French lease combined with a commercial loan, going through an SPC established by ICBC FL in the Tianjin Free Trade Zone. CACIB acted as mandated lead arranger, security trustee and facility agent. CACIB and National Australia Bank Limited acted as Lenders and CACIB (China) Limited, Tianjin Branch acted as Account Bank. The finance parties were advised by Norton Rose Fulbright and ICBC FL was advised by William KK Ho & Co.
