Hughes Hubbard & Reed has announced that Jonathan Goldstein has joined as a partner in the firm’s Aviation Finance practice, residing in the New York office.
Goldstein’s practice focuses on a broad spectrum of financing structures and active participants in the global aviation sector.
He represents airlines, aircraft leasing companies, underwriters, banks and trustees in a wide variety of transactions, including aircraft asset-backed securitizations; offerings of enhanced equipment trust certificates; sale/leaseback transactions; operating leases; and secured loans.
