On April 10, 2015, HOP! Air France has taken delivery of the first of five ATR 72-600s from Nordic Aviation Capital (NAC), which will be delivered between now and October 2015, progressively replacing the company’s ATR 72-500s. This new model is configured with 70-seats, and will bring additional capacity to passengers flying on the regional network of the airline.
Lionel Guérin, Chief Operating Officer HOP! Air France, stated: “We are delighted to welcome the arrival of this new aircraft sporting the HOP! Air France colours. The ATR 72-600 perfectly meets the requirements of regional transport – it’s a modern, reliable, economic and environmentally-responsible aircraft. Catering to passengers’ domestic and European travel needs from regional airports, we are making air transport accessible and competitive, facing other modes of transport. We are helping our customers get about quickly and easily.”
HOP! Air France’s first ATR 72-600 will be rolled out on routes served on departure from Paris-Orly and particularly those serving Quimper and Lorient.
