Law firm HFW has announced promotions in its global aviation practice, with London-based Barbara Pansadoro named partner.
Pansadoro "specialises in asset and structured finance", according to HFW, and brings "considerable experience in aviation finance and leasing transactions" to her new role.
Alix d'Arjuzon and Mark Waters were appointed legal directors, HFW added, saying Waters' practice in London "covers a broad range of aviation-related work, both contentious and non-contentious," in which he "advises domestic and international airlines, products manufacturers and airports on a variety of commercial and regulatory matters".
Brussels-based d'Arjuzon "advises and represents different clients in the transport sector, such as major airlines, insurers and other aerospace entities, on a wide range of legal matters, including finance and leases".
The promotions came after HRW, which advises around 100 airlines, hired aviation finance and leasing partner Rebecca Quayle from BCLP and announced the relocation of partner David Brotherton from its Singapore office.
