GA Telesis and Tokyo Century Corporation joint venture HALO AirFinance has closed two senior secured term loans to Royal Jordanian Airlines for two newly delivered Pratt & Whitney PW1900 spare engines.
“This financing underscores HALO's mandate to deliver tailored capital solutions across the aviation lifecycle,” said HALO cohead and managing director Marc Cho.
Royal Jordanian vice chairman and CEO Samer Majali said: “This collaboration reflects Royal Jordanian's commitment to sustainable growth and maintaining our position as a leading carrier in the region.”
