Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacifico has refinanced a $40 million credit on September 18, 2025 — the same day it was set to mature.
Interest on the new credit line will be paid at a variable rate equivalent to SOFR plus a spread of 81 basis points. The payment of the principal will be due at maturity, on September 18, 2030.
