GOL Linhas Aereas Inteligentes S.A. has announced that it has commenced, through its subsidiary Gol LuxCo S.A. ("LuxCo"), an offer to purchase for cash any and all of LuxCo's outstanding 10.750% Senior Notes due in 2023.
GOL also announced that through its subsidiary GOL Finance, it has offered to purchase for cash any and all of Finance's outstanding 9.250% Senior Notes due in 2020 and an offer to purchase for cash, any and all of Finance's outstanding 7.50% Senior Notes due in 2017.

GOL also announced that through its subsidiary GOL Finance, it has offered to purchase for cash any and all of Finance's outstanding 9.250% Senior Notes due in 2020 and an offer to purchase for cash, any and all of Finance's outstanding 7.50% Senior Notes due in 2017.
