German Operating Aircraft Leasing (GOAL) has successfully structured and closed a purchase and lease back transaction for four Airbus A320neo and two A321neo aircraft with the South American Ultra Low Cost Carrier JetSMART.
The deliveries are scheduled for 2023 and 2024 and include a PDP financing. The aircraft are split between an American Investor and a German Institutional Investor.
GOAL commented that it was “thrilled to extend its business relationship in South America with JetSMART, a very promising airline from the Indigo Partners portfolio”.
