GoAir chief executive officer Wolfgang Prock-Schauer has confirmed that the airline has received government approval to fly to nine countries, including Iran, China, Vietnam, Uzbekistan, Kazakhastan, Azerbaijan and Saudi Arabia. Flights are expected to being in time for March 2017, the start of the summer schedule.
GoAir would be the first Indian private carrier to fly to Uzbekistan, Kazakhastan and Azerbaijan.
