GetJet Airlines appoints Inga Duglas as its new CEO

Lithuanian charter and aircraft leasing company GetJet Airlines has appointed Inga Duglas as its new CEO. She succeeds Ruta Kulvinskaite who has led the company for the past four years.

“GetJet Airlines has built a strong reputation as a leading ACMI provider, known for its operational efficiency, premium service quality, and flexibility,” said Duglas in a LinkedIn post. 

Duglas brings over 15 years of aviation experience and joins from Magnetic Group where she served as chief commercial officer for the last four years. She is also the chairwoman of the board at the Civil Aviation Association (CAVIA) of Lithuania. 

GetJet Airlines parent company GetJet Aviation Holdings CEO Darius Viltrakis said: "Duglas’ extensive experience and strategic vision align with GetJet Airlines’ long-term objectives, particularly in advancing vertical growth through asset management, technical services, and related business areas.”

The appointment comes as the company seeks achieve sustainable growth. Viltrakis added: “This change marks a new phase of development, bringing in expertise that aligns with our future objectives and long-term growth strategy focusing on vertical capabilities.”

Duglas said this growth will be achieved through aircraft acquisition and maintenance processes, as well as optimising internal operations and expanding its portfolio of services.
