GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing and financing arm of GE, has delivered a new Boeing 737-800 aircraft to Japanese low-cost airline Solaseed Air to help them with their fleet upgrade. The aircraft comes from GECAS’ existing order book with Boeing.
Solaseed Air, the new brand name of Skynet Asia, is transitioning out of its Boeing 737-400 fleet to an all-new Boeing 737-800 fleet. It currently operates 13 aircraft to five destinations in Japan.
