Germaine Hunter is appointed as the Chief Diversity Officer at GE Aerospace effective May 1, 2023. Prior to joining GE, Hunter served as the chief diversity executive and talent acquisition leader at Marathon Petroleum. In this role, Germaine advised senior management and the board of directors on the company’s inclusion strategy, employment-branding initiatives, external partnerships, and equitable business practices.

Prior to Marathon, Hunter worked in the consumer-packaged goods industry and held a variety of strategic planning and new brand development roles, including serving as the first chief diversity officer at The Clorox Company.
