SCOTTISH software developers, Gael Ltd, has struck a seven figure deal with a leading independent aircraft engineering and maintenance group which will see its new cloud-based product rolled out across HAECO Group.
Gael, who provides quality, safety and risk management software and services for industries such as aviation, manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences, will work alongside the HAECO Group to implement Gael Enlighten, Gael’s new cloud-based enterprise solution.
Established in Hong Kong, HAECO Group is one of the largest Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) service providers in the world. Through its 18 subsidiaries and joint venture companies worldwide, the Group offers a full spectrum of services including airframe services, line services, cabin solutions, private jet solutions, fleet technical management, inventory technical management, component overhaul, aero structure repairs, landing gear services, engine services, parts manufacturing and technical training.
The minimum three year deal will see initial deployment of the solution across three HAECO companies, HAECO, HAESL and TAECO, by April 2015, with further plan to roll Enlighten out to other subsidiaries across Asia and the Americas.
Gael Enlighten will provide the HAECO Group with a common platform across the business for various business tasks such as risk, incident and occurrence management, document control, auditing, competence and health and safety management. The Enlighten solution allows senior management to monitor business performance through its analysis and reporting capabilities.
