Frontier Airlines announces three changes to executive leadership
Frontier Airlines has promoted several individuals within its executive leadership team, each having “fostered meaningful evolution in each of their respective areas” and proved “instrumental in the growth of our company,” explained Frontier Airlines CEO Barry Biffle. Howard Diamond has been promoted to executive vice president, legal and corporate affairs, while Steve Schuller has been named senior vice president of human resources. Both of these will assume their new roles from February 1, 2024. Diamond has served as Frontier Airlines’ senior vice president, general council and corporate secretary since 2014, prior to which he held the same position at Thales USA. Schuller joined the airline in 2018 as vice president of human resources, bringing more than 30 years of HR expertise to the role. Jeffrey more has also been promoted to vice president of technical operations, effective as of March 15, 2024. He has served as director of technical services since  2012, rebuilding Frontier’s engineering, programmes, planning and reliability organisations. He was promoted to senior director of technical operations in 2020, expanding his role to include responsibility for all line and field maintenance operations.
