Frontier Airlines and JetBlue have launched additional flights on January 26, 2025, for the Super Bowl football event held in early February 2025 in New Orleans.
Frontier Airlines is adding extra flights between Philadelphia International Airport and Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport.
“We can't wait to see our planes packed with midnight green as Philly's biggest football fans flock to The Big Easy for America's biggest sporting event of the year,” said Frontier Airlines vice president of network and operations design Josh Flyr.
The additional flights are available on February 8, returning on February 10. The airline said it expects to “sell out quickly”.
JetBlue is adding nonstop flights to New Orleans from Newark and JFK. The new flights include two weekly flights to New Orleans from Newark on February 7, and two returning flights on February 10. The new flights from JFK include one on February 7 and one on February 8, with three returning flights on February 10.
