Waypoint Leasing (Ireland), largest independent global helicopter leasing company, has announced that Clark McGinn, Global Head of Aviation Financing at CHC Leasing, will join Waypoint as Senior Vice President of Sales in the second quarter of 2015. Mr. McGinn will be responsible for leading the Company’s origination, sales and business development operations.

McGinn currently serves as Managing Director of CHC Leasing (Ireland) Limited in Dublin where he built and is leading a team responsible for executing all aircraft financing and leasing transactions while managing various lessor, lender and OEM relationships. McGinn is responsible for the origination and closing of over $2.5 billion in structured helicopter lease transactions since February 2011. Before that, McGinn worked in a variety of senior roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland in London and New York, including as head of the bank’s Helicopter Asset Finance Group.
