FlySafair has selected Acro Aircraft Seating to supply multiple shipsets of its series 9 seats. The seats will be fitted on its 737 fleet with a planned delivery from Acro at the end of 2025.
The company said the series 9 offers airlines a lightweight yet comfortable seating product.
“We undertook a comprehensive evaluation of various seating options before selecting Acro's series 9," said FlySafair chief marketing officer Kirby Gordon. “These seats stood out for their comfort, quality, and thoughtful design, while also offering the benefit of being lightweight.”
Acro Aircraft Seating's commercial director Damian Protano commented: “It is fantastic to be working with FlySafair for the first time.”
