flyExclusive has confirmed the appointment of a new executive vice president (EVP), alongside the promotion of their chief operating officer (COO) to the role of president.
Matthew Lesmeister will serve as executive vice president and chief of staff, having served most recently as vice president of transformation and strategy at Fox Factory Holding.

Mike Guina, flyExclusive’s chief operating officer, has been promoted to president. Prior to joining flyExclusive, Guina served as executive vice president of Delta Private Jets.
