The proposed €25 million deal between Flybe Group and Finnair joint venture, Flybe Nordic, to buy Finnish Commuter Airlines has been approved by the Finnish authorities and the deal is expected to close this month.
Flybe will own 60% of Flybe Nordic and Finnair 40%.
