FlyArystan takes delivery of its fourth A320neo

FlyArystan recently took delivery of its fourth A320neo. The aircraft was delivered to the airline at its Almaty base directly from Airbus Toulouse facility. The new aircraft joins a fleet of ten A320-200s that the sister airline has inherited from Air Astana. According to Airbus, the airlines feature engines that reduce CO2 emissions and sound footprint in the environment and provide significantly improved fuel economy, plus the new aircraft are equipped with eight more seats than the previous aircraft in the carrier's fleet, giving the airline a 4% cost saving.

The airline is planning a robust fleet expansion in 2023 post recording a historic profit and carrying over 3 million passengers on over 20,000 flights in 2022.

FlyArystan is launching flights to Turkey's capital city, Ankara along with Aktau in Kazakhstan and Yerevan in Armenia twice weekly in May. The airline might deploy the new aircraft of any one of the new routes.
