FlyArystan halts flights due to state of emergency

Due to the current situation in Kazakhstan, FlyArystan has not been able to operate flights since the beginning of the state of emergency. FlyArystan had started operating international flights from January 8 and is now attempting to contact all passengers and states it is “doing everything to return our passengers back to Kazakhstan” with priority given to the passengers from previously cancelled flights. Particularly, passengers are from Kutaisi (Georgia), Dubai and Sharjah (the UAE) and Istanbul (Turkey).

During the period of emergency (5-11 of January) 11 international flights were cancelled: from Georgia -2, the UAE -6 and Turkey -1. Due to disconnection in the mentioned period, the contact centre and booking system were not available partially/totally. The contact centre has resumed its work since January 11.
