Fitch Ratings has published an updated criteria report for rating Aircraft Enhanced Equipment Trust Certificates. The criteria report is available on Fitch's web site at www.fitchratings.com.
The revised criteria replaces the previous report of the same title, dated Sept. 12, 2013. It amends situations when Fitch will utilize its top-down or bottom-up up rating approach (page 4), adds detail to Fitch's application of its stress scenarios (page 6), addresses the use of PIK features in place of standard liquidity facilities (page 17), and adds detail to Fitch's treatment of non-U.S. based transactions (page 26).
Fitch does not expect the application of the revised criteria to affect any existing EETC ratings.
