The Finnish Cabin Crew Union will begin a strike at 1 pm today that will seriously affect Finnair’s schedule.
The strike was called after talks broke down over contract negotiations. It is not know how long the strike will last. Finnair has said it will use planes from another carrier to help maintain charter flights but some will be cancelled – details will be sent by text to affected passengers and posted on its website. Blue1 hopes to operate 70% of flights.
SAS Scandinavian Airlines said it will operate as normal.
