Falko Regional Aircraft (has announced the sale of two A220-300 aircraft, on lease to airBaltic, to Macquarie AirFinance.
“The addition of these innovative, advanced technology aircraft to our portfolio is an endorsement of our commitment to the A220 and alongside our own firm orders for the type, enables Macquarie AirFinance to support the strong customer demand in leasing activity,” commented Liam Kavanagh, chief commercial officer at Macquarie AirFinance.
Extending his gratitude to the team for their continued collaboration through the acquisition process, Mark Hughes, chief commercial officer at Falko, added: “We would also like to thank Air Baltic, a valued Falko customer, for their support with the sale”.
Macquarie AirFinance currently has a fleet of 244 aircraft on a proforma basis as well as a firm orderbook of 66 new Boeing and Airbus aircraft.
