Portuguese wet-leasing and charter company euroAtlantic Airways acquired two 777 aircraft. The aircraft had already been operated by the company prior to the deal.
The acquisition brings the company's fleet to a total of five Boeing aircraft. It is part of its strategy to expand service offerings, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
“We have been operating these two aircraft for over a year now… This move ensures we are well-positioned to meet the increasing demand for air travel while maintaining focus on sustainability and operational excellence,” said euroAtlantic Airways CEO and chairman Stewart Higginson.
The new aircraft will be used to secure capacity on key international routes.
