Price talk for Etihad Airways’ privately-placed five-year Sukuk is reported but Reuters to be around 215 basis points over midswaps. The Sukuk is expected to raise up to $1.5 billion.
HSBC, JP Morgan and National Bank of Abu Dhabi are arrangers. Bookrunners are Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Dubai Islamic Bank and First Gulf Bank.
