Etihad Airways carried 1.6 million passengers in February 2025, up from 1.4 million a year prior.
“Our passenger numbers in February saw a strong 14% growth compared to the same period last year, as we continue to be among the world's fastest-growing airlines,” said Etihad Airways CEO Antonoaldo Neves.
The company's $1bn initial public offering (IPO) has been delayed to at least April, according to Reuters, which cited two sources familiar with the matter.
Load factor for the month was flat, averaging at 89%.
“As our capacity continues to grow, it is pleasing to see we maintained our robust passenger load factor,” added Neves.
For the first two months of the year, the airline carried 3.3 million passengers, up from 2.9 million in the same period of 2024.
