Etihad Airways have partnered with India-based Pine Labs' Qwikcilver for asset management solutions. With the integration of Qwikcilver's Asset Manager solution into Etihad’s online and offline systems, the airline will be able to issue swift, automated, and immediate vouchers to customers.
The asset management platform is SaaS-based and presents a comprehensive and versatile digital platform that operates in real-time, supports multiple currencies and languages, and is future-ready. As per Pine Labs’ its purpose is to airlines manage their passenger-centric requirements efficiently.
With integration to Amadeus channels, Asset Manager intends to enable airlines to quickly benefit from various features in a seamless manner.
