Fouad Attar, deputy president and head of commercial at Airbus Middle East has confirmed that the manufacturer is on schedule to deliver six to seven A380 aircraft to Emirates airlines this year.
He also confirmed that they would all be on time, with no delays.
Attar also said Airbus expected 50 to 100 orders from the Middle East and North Africa region: "There's lot of potential in North Africa," he said, although added that the trouble in Egypt could impact the number of orders.
