Embraer delivered 62 aircraft in third quarter – a ‘marginal improvement’

Embraer has reported that it delivered 62 aircraft in the third quarter of 2025 – a “marginal improvement” over the previous quarter and over the third quarter of 2024, the company said.

In this year’s second quarter, Embraer delivered 61 aircraft, and in last year’s third quarter it delivered 59 aircraft.

During this year’s third quarter, Embraer said it delivered 20 new commercial jets. More than half (11) of these were E195-E2 models – Embraer’s largest aircraft currently in production in the segment.

Further, the Brazilian firm said its Commercial Aviation business unit outperformed both quarter over quarter and year over year.

Meanwhile, Embraer Executive Jets recorded 41 deliveries, compared with 38 jets delivered in the second quarter of 2025 and 41 in the third quarter of 2024.

The company said the “highlight” of this year's third quarter was the Phenom 300, its fastest light jet in production, of which it delivered 20 units.

Going forward, Embraer’s delivery estimates for the full year are between 77 and 85 in Commercial Aviation and 145 to 155 in Executive Aviation.

The news comes as Boeing is expected to see its production limit on the 737 MAX aircraft raised from 38 units per month to 42 units per month during the fourth quarter, as reported by Airline Economics.
