Embraer CFO Antonio Carlos Garcia steps down

Embraer has announced that its Executive Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations, Antonio Carlos Garcia, has resigned from his position, effective April 6, 2026.

The company said Garcia stepped down for personal reasons to pursue new professional opportunities. He had held the role since January 2020.

Embraer said Garcia played a key role during his tenure in strengthening financial discipline, improving engagement with capital markets and supporting the company’s long-term strategy.

Following his departure, chief executive Francisco Gomes Neto will assume the finance and investor relations responsibilities on an interim basis, while continuing in his current role. The company said the arrangement will remain in place until a successor is appointed.

Embraer added that the leadership change does not affect its strategy, operations or financial commitments, and reiterated confidence in its financial position and business plan.

The company said it is taking steps to ensure an orderly transition as it searches for a new finance chief.
