EL AL Israel Airlines has leased two 737-800 aircraft from aircraft, crew, maintenance, and insurance (ACMI) provider KlasJet, a subsidiary of Avia Solutions Group.
""Engaging with KlasJet under this ACMI agreement enhances our operational capacity and flexibility,"" said CEO of Sun D'or, a subsidiary of EL AL, Gal Gershon. ""We look forward to the efficiencies and expanded service capabilities this engagement will bring to our operations.""
KlasJet deputy chief commercial officer Augustinas Riskus said: ""Joining forces with EL AL Israel Airlines represents a significant step for KlasJet in enhancing our specialised charter solutions to a broader clientele. This engagement is a strategic move to broaden our operational footprint and provide tailored travel experiences.""
KlasJet operates a fleet of 14 aircraft.
