EJS expands fleet teardown programme with Embraer E175 acquisition

Executive Jet Support (EJS) has signed a sale and purchase agreement to acquire an Embraer E175 from BeauTech, a Dallas-based aviation leasing and trading specialist, further expanding its regional jet teardown and parts supply programme.

The aircraft will be dismantled to provide a wide range of components for airlines, maintenance providers and parts traders, strengthening EJS’s E-Jet platform and improving availability of used serviceable material.

The company said the deal supports its strategy of enhancing platform capability and responsiveness amid continued supply chain constraints in the aviation aftermarket.

The acquisition follows a series of recent transactions by EJS. On April 16, 2026, the company confirmed the purchase of an Airbus A330 from KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, which will also be disassembled to support global parts supply.

Earlier, on April 8, 2026, EJS announced the acquisition of two Airbus A340-600 aircraft from Germany-based USC GmbH, with teardown operations scheduled in Bydgoszcz, Poland.

EJS said the growing number of acquisitions reflects its focus on expanding both Airbus and regional jet programmes, as airlines and MRO providers increasingly turn to the aftermarket for parts amid ongoing aircraft delivery delays and supply chain pressures.
