Egis has won a three-year contract to provide consultancy service to 26 airports in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The contract is awarded by MATARAT, previously known as Saudi Civil Aviation Holding Company. As a part of the project, Egis will have to provide support for strategic planning to define a portfolio of five-year projects, work on the comprehensive plan program for the airports, and monitor the alignment of future projects with the strategic objectives of MATARAT.

This contract comes as a step of establishing phased project management portals, updating airport project management policies and procedures, and providing technical support for planning, designing, and following up the implementation of capital projects with MATARAT subsidiaries, MATARAT said in a statement.
MATARAT’s subsidiaries include Riyadh Airports Company, Jeddah Airports, Dammam Airports, and Cluster2.
