Morten Beyer & Agnew (mba) was retained by Aergen Aviation Finance (Aergen) to provide maintenance forecast modelling, future cash flow analysis, and a commercial industry analysis for Aergen’s portfolio containing 19 assets, securitized through the asset backed securitization (ABS) Harbour Aircraft Investments Limited (HAIL 2016-1). The lessor’s portfolio consisted of a mix of narrowbody aircraft, currently on lease to 15 airlines, spanning 14 countries. HAIL 2016-1 was priced on June 22, 2016, at $324.7 million. Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs acted as bookrunners.
