Dynam Aviation Ireland Ltd, an Irish operating lessor, owned by Dynam Japan, has completed the sale of an Airbus A320-233, making it the company’s first aircraft sale.
The aircraft, bearing serial number 5651, was sold on behalf of affiliate Sato Aviation Ireland Ltd to Aero Capital Solutions Inc (ACS). The aircraft is currently on lease to Mexican low-cost carrier Volaris.
Katsuhiko Ando, chief executive of Dynam Aviation, said the transaction was “another important milestone” for the company and thanked both ACS and Volaris for their cooperation in completing the deal.
Shuhei Sato, director of Sato Aviation Ireland Ltd, said he appreciated the support provided by Dynam Aviation in managing both the aircraft and the sales process.
The transaction represents Dynam Aviation’s first completed aircraft sale since its establishment.
