DLA Piper appoints leading aviation partner in Paris

DLA Piper has appointed Vonnick le Guillou as a partner in its Litigation & Regulatory group in France. Vonnick joins the firm from Bird & Bird where she was head of the Aviation group in France and head of the International Dispute Resolution group.

Specialising in aviation and product liability, Vonnick is highly regarded for her expertise in international product liability litigation relating to  aeronautical manufacturers as well as original equipment manufacturers (OEM) and maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) companies. She has represented a major European aeronautical manufacturer in this area for over 15 years.

Vonnick advises French and international industrial companies, airlines and insurers on domestic and international litigation relating to complex, cross-border liability, air transport and aviation insurance. She also handles high profile international liability claims in other industrial sectors, including the insurance, pharmaceuticals, chemicals and mining.
