Delta Air Lines has delayed the resumption of flights from New York JFK to Tel Aviv, Israel, following an ‘extensive security risk assessment’.
Non-stop services, which were due to restart on May 1 2024, will now be resumed from June 7. Delta adds it ‘continues to closely monitor the situation in Israel in conjunction with government and private-sector partners’.
Delta initially cancelled scheduled services to Tel Aviv because of ongoing conflict in the region.
