Boeing expands Russian parts relationships

De Havilland Aircraft of Canada has purchased the assets and ongoing business of Calgary, Alberta-based Field Aviation Company, allowing De Havilland Canada to further expand its manufacturing, engineering and avionics demand capacity.
“Field Calgary’s operations will be integrated into our own manufacturing operations,” confirmed Brian Chafe, CEO of De Havilland Canada. “We are very excited to add the expertise of Field Calgary’s manufacturing operations to our De Havilland Team.”
Field Aviation’s Alberta-based aircraft parts manufacturing operation currently produced parts for De Havilland Canada aircraft as well as components for other aerospace OEMs.
