DAE completes United Airlines 737 MAX mandate

Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) has completed its United Airlines mandate after delivering all 10 Boeing 737 MAX 9 aircraft to the airline.

The lessor announced the sale and leaseback deal in July 2025, with deliveries beginning in August. The original announcement said the aircraft under the mandate would be delivered until February next year.

“Completed in just six months from document execution to mandate fulfilment, the DAE and United Airlines teams worked seamlessly together, demonstrating the flexibility, efficiency, and capabilities of both parties,” said DAE CEO Firoz Tarapore.

“We are delighted to deliver these 10 next-generation, fuel-efficient Boeing 737-9 aircraft, supporting United Airlines' fleet growth."

DAE has an owned, managed, and committed fleet of 236 Boeing aircraft, including 119 737 MAX jets.
