Cyprus Airways has taken delivery of its fourth A220-300 aircraft, the company said on April 24, 2025.

"This delivery marks a milestone moment for Cyprus Airways as we continue investing in the next generation of our fleet,” said Thanos Pascalis, CEO of Cyprus Airways. “The A220's superior operating economics, range and environmental credentials allow us to grow smartly and responsibly, positioning Cyprus Airways as a forward-thinking, customer-centric national carrier.”

The aircraft is under a wet lease agreement with Azorra.

Azorra CEO John Evans commented: "The Airbus A220-300 is a perfect fit for the airline’s growing network, and underscores its commitment to sustainability, operational efficiency and passenger comfort."

The airline said it is “poised to expand its presence across regional and long-haul routes" with further fleet developments in progress.
