Jet engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) provider CTS Engines has announced plans for a new headquarters in Coral Springs, Florida.
"The new facility boasts over 215,000 square feet of space, doubling the company’s square footage and capacity" and will be "outfitted with the latest equipment and technology to provide customers with faster turnaround times and the highest level of service" when it takes in its first engine in late 2023, the company said,adding that it expects to add new engine variants to its offerings.
"We are thrilled to announce our plans for a new building in Coral Springs. The new facility will allow us to expand our operations and continue to provide the highest quality MRO services to our customers,” said Vesa Paukkeri, chief executive.
“The new facility will not just improve our ability to provide internal support for our existing customers' engines but also pave the way for our expansion into CF6-80E1 and PW4000 engine capabilities, thereby driving growth for our company,” said Randy Mengel, chief operating officer.
