Crianza Aviation, the widebody lessor funded by Korean equity, has successfully added three Boeing 787-9 aircraft to its portfolio. The aircraft were delivered new to Etihad Airways in November 2018, January and February 2019 and are all subject to long-term leases.
The transactions were funded by Nord/LB, FAB, KEB Hana Bank and Woori Bank as senior lenders. Korean institutional investors served as mezzanine financiers.
EastMerchant acted as arranger and asset manager to the transaction in cooperation with Newnham/Cerritos who were arranger and advisor of the Korean financing structures.
