Crestone Air Partners, a US-based aviation asset management platform, has acquired three aircraft on lease to Viva, Allegiant, and Southwest Airlines respectively.
Today (October 2), Crestone announced that it has acquired one A320-200 on lease with Viva, one A320-200 on lease with Allegiant, and one Boeing 737-700 on lease with Southwest Airlines.
The acquisitions are the first assets to be purchased on behalf of Blue Crest Aviation Partners, a joint venture between Crestone Air Partners and Blue Owl Capital.
The joint venture is focused on acquiring mid-life commercial jet aircraft using a “disciplined” and “income-oriented” investment strategy, targeting assets that are leased to airlines worldwide.
Blue Crest Aviation Partners was launched in August 2025.
