Some 7,000 fleet service employees represented by the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT) has ratified its collective bargaining agreement with employer Continental Airlines, a subsidiary of United Continental Airlines.
"We are pleased that our fleet service co-workers have ratified this agreement," said Scott Dolan, senior vice president of Airport Operations at United. "This is a positive step forward as we continue to work with all of our employee groups to develop contracts that are fair to our employees and the company.
