Comply365 signed a definitive agreement to acquire Aviation Safety & Quality Solutions (ASQS).
The acquisition is part of the operational content, safety and training management solutions provider's strategy to further invest in safety management. ASQS is a provider of safety and compliance management systems.

ASQS CEO Gunther Schindl commented: “The acquisition of ASQS… will allow us to better serve our customers with differentiated and connected safety management capabilities.”
The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of the year.
